LLC

An LLC is an acronym for a Limited Liability Corporation. It is a business entity and has different taxes applied to it than individuals do. One of the main benefits to starting an LLC, aside from tax incentives, is to keep your business’s finances separate from your personal finances. In doing so, if your business is ever sued, the litigators can only come after your business and your business assets. They cannot come after you, your personal finances, or personal assets.
